Is there a minimum order or carton quantity?
There is no carton quantity. You choose models, sizes and colours freely. Minimum order values depend on business type and country and are agreed in the first conversation.
How does pre-ordering work?
Orthoboom releases two collections a year. Partners receive the new collection before the season starts for pre-order and can reorder from stock afterwards.
Which documents do trade partners receive?
Product data with article numbers, size runs and materials, EAN codes, cut-out images and product copy.
Can we order samples?
Yes. After the first conversation we put together sample pairs for your target group.
Which sizes does the range cover?
Children's shoes from size 19, Orthoboom Air sneakers up to size 45, the adult line Bios 36 to 41 and Comfort for women and men. The exact size run is listed per model in the catalogue.
Can the insoles be replaced?
Yes. The DeepStepEx insole is removable in all models and can be replaced with a custom-made orthotic.
Is there territorial exclusivity for distributors?
Exclusivity per country or region is negotiable for distributors and part of the first conversation.
In which languages are catalogues and documents available?
Catalogues and product data are available in English, sales documents in German and English.
